YES YOU DID!
Just as I was becoming impatient, I heard the news that David Cameron is now the Prime Minister!
I was rather concerned for a while that the rest of the Tory Party was not pulling its weight, considering my resounding electoral victory.
In any case, the Tories are back in power! It is lamentable that we were not popular enough to win the race ourselves and secure a majority, but we are in now and that is all that matters.
A big “Thank You” is owed to the Liberal Democrats, without whom none of this would have been possible. You voted Clegg, but you got Cameron, which is what you wanted all along.
Chancellor George Osborne.
Foreign Secretary William Hague.
You did that.
I shall be waiting by the phone intently tomorrow. I wonder which ministry I will get!

Well done Jake! And none of us thought that your constituents could be stupid enough to elect you.
Jake
A big thank you for compromising on the Lib Dems Bentley / private loo sharing demands. This could have been a deal breaker. I know it’s going to be difficult sharing a weekly commute down the M4 with their Bath man and even harder sharing your private facilities with him at Claridges. I suggest that you ask Nanny to affect the removal of any Lib Dem ‘cling-ons’ and I will personally sign off your wet wipe receipts for the duration of the coalition.
BTW – I have appointed you as Minister for Pheasant Shooting.
Dave
Peasant shooting, non?
Big Congrates. Nice to see Dan Norris kicked out, loved the photo of his head hung low at the vote counting. I read his website, the one where he slags you off for not living the constituency, it’s a little known fact that when Dan was starting off, he too did not live in the constituency that he was standing for and he, “borrowed”, a Labour supporters address, just so he could say he lived there. There’s a little gem I bet no one knew. I’ve more details on that if required, but now I don’t suppose it makes much difference now. I heard he was applying for a job in McDonalds, I see him more as a Kentucky man myself.
All I would say Jacob, is represent the people, don’t be like the rest and be in it for yourself, good luck.
